Who would own the blog if there is a breach among people ?

  What is the legality of owning a blog ? What constitutes a ownership to the blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The original account (email address) that registered the blog name (if the blog is on WordPress.COM)

  If you are here on WordPress.COM the account that opened (registered) the blog owns it
