WHOIS contact information does not update

  When trying to change the WHOIS Registrant email from the domain control panel at ajenta.wordpress.com, form alerts that the update was successful, then immediately reverts back to the old value.
  After trying this a number of times (and waiting more than 48 hours), both the wordpress DNS control panel, and WHOIS still contain the old value.

  How do I change this value?

  Hi

  I ended up migrating my domain to namecheap, and handled the WHOIS information change after the migration. I did this for a number of reasons, one of which was the limitations of the WordPress.com DNS control panel. I do however appreciate the speed with which WildWest and WordPress.com released the domain to enom.

  Also, I’d appreciate it if you’d be able to delete this thread. I was expecting my support request to be a private thread, and clicked with a little too much haste.

  We don’t delete forums threads unless they pose a security risk. This is mentioned in our Community Standards here:
