Why am I being charged for a website that I already paid for

  I paid for a year of service, but I am being charged for my website and I cannot select the website that I already paid for, causing to create a different website? I have spoken with a Rep on 10/18/21 and the rep assured me that this problem was fixed.

  From what you tell, I guess the site you paid for is connected to another account of yours.
  As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  I can confirm what @staartmees has correctly surmised, I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with?
