Why am I being prompted to customize my page every single time I sign in?

Every time I log into my account I have to go through the setup/customization process all over again. I’ve already set my page up so why is this happening?

I’m not sure why that’s happening. Are you logging in by clicking “Log In” at https://wordpress.com/ or are you using a different link to log in to your account?

Thank you so much for responding to me. I am totally logging in via the “Log In” on the WordPress homepage. In addition to the latter problem, I am also have to customize my sidebar widgets all the time, even though I save the changes each time a few days later they will not appear and I’ll have to do it all over again. Please help!

That’s very odd! Can you make a screenshot of what you see right after you log in to your WordPress.com account? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.
Then, can you describe the exact steps you take to add your sidebar widgets? If you can describe exactly what widgets you add to your sidebar (you can also take screenshots of those if you’d like) I can take a look on my end to see if those are being saved correctly.
