Why am I getting the "invalid username" message?

  I’ve signed up for wordpress in order to be able to post events to the Cragsmoor Calendar at the blog site Cragsmoor, NY, but each time I attempt to list an event I get a message saying my user name is invalid.

  We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs. This is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com site bhttp://www.cragsmoorfreelibrary.info/wp_cfl/?p=73 and we can’t help with it here at all. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
