Why am I not able to "Add Media" when I am under "Add New Post"

When logged onto my blog’s dashboard, I click on Posts > Add New Post. I have successfully created 85 posts with video and image imbedded in my post and have used 53% of the allotted space; however, this week I have not been able to “Add Media” to the body of my post. Also, when I try to type, using either the Visual or Text format, no text appears. I have tried using different browsers which are all running on the latest updates (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) and all have the same result. Please advise on how to troubleshoot this frustrating issue which seems to have no rhyme or reason.

I’m sorry to hear this. It looks like this may just be independent to your set up as I’m unable to reproduce this.
Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
Also, you noted that it’s happening on all your browsers, can you try using a different computer? Let me know if you get the same results.
In the meantime, I’ll keep an eye out for similar reports.

It still doesn’t work… I have tried using 2 different laptops one running XP and one using Windows 8. I also tried using two different desktop computers using XP and Windows 8.
The issue is that when I click on Add Media, nothing happens (the only thing is the web address adds #php). It does change screen or provide an upload window like it normally has in the past.

This happens on every browser and multiple computers? I haven’t been able to reproduce this on any browser or my computer.
Can you please double-check that you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser:
