Why am I not able to see my own stats? D:
-
I can’t see my own stats displayed today… I tried with both Firefox and Chrome but no
luck.
This is Firefox’s error:User Agent: “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0”
Page URL: “http://alostgirl.wererabbit.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&noheader”
API URL: “http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?noheader=true&proxy&page=stats&blog=32528477&charset=UTF-8&color=fresh&j=1:2.1.1”
http_request_failed: “Operation timed out after 90000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”I also noticed the number of email followers isn’t displayed on my blog too… D:
thank you in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you please try clearing out your cache?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?
-
that report is from firefox (I can read “Firefox 18.0” in the first line), but as I said in the post I tried also Chrome (and Opera, I forgot to mention Opera XD)
I clear my cache on a daily basis using ccleaner. I did also that before replying here but nothing happened to my stats… I still get that error.
-
I also noticed in the widgets section this error about Jetpack subscription email widgets:
-10520: Jetpack: [http_request_failed] SSL connection timeout
-
Could you try to disable all other plugins and reactivate Jetpack. This way we can see if other plugins interfere with Jetpack.
Also make sure you are running the latest WordPress and Jetpack version:
http://www.wordpress.org
http://www.jetpack.meOtherwise send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this.
Thank you.
-
it’s all updated, even a couple of themes I’ve got installed but not in use ^^;;;
I’ll try to disable plugins in a couple of minutes…do you need a screenshot of the error message?
-
Let me know if disabling plugins helps. A screenshot of the page where you see the error message would be great.
-
ok. I deactivated every single plugin I had installed… even Akismet.
But still no results.
I’ve got screencaptions here for you:errors while loading the stats page:

Have you tried enabling/disabling Jetpack after disabling all the other plugins? Could you also confirm that Jetpack is connected? Do you see any errors on the Jetpack > Jetpack page in your blog’s dashboard?
Is your site hosted as part of a different site? I see an A record pointing to http://173.236.128.183/ .
Thank you!

I tried now and I hope I haven’t lost all of my dates because of that… now I can’t connect it with wp.com, it seems…
