Why am I not logged in when i comment on other's blogs?

  Do I have to have a blog in order to comment on others’ blogs?

  That depends on the blog’s owner. Some people have all comments in moderation and only approve comments from those whose blogs they’ve read. Generally speaking, you don’t have to.

  These blogs allow WordPress, and I am logged into Word Press, but when I click on Publish, the dialog box says “You do not own that identity.” If the Blogger is a Word Press blog, then my identity is not questioned.

  What blog, specifically, are you trying to comment on, and what identity are you using?
