Why are ads showing up at the end of my posts?

  I have a free blog site at http:sunshineandsalad.com (paid registered domain). At the end of my posts, a variety of ads show up. I don’t want them there and I never installed any plugins (I don’t even know how to install plugins). How do I get rid of them? Thank you!
