Why are followers still not receiving notifications

  Hi, my followers aren’t receiving email notifications. I’ve read the available comments from up to 2013 where it says this is a problem that is currently being worked on. Initially they would receive the notifications but for my past couple of posts no notifications have gone through. Mine is a public blog. My posts aren’t weekly or daily, more so sporadic. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble. Could you send me a link to a post that your followers didn’t get the notification for, along with the email addresses of one or more followers who didn’t get it? I can use that to investigate this for you. (You can include the email addresses in your reply here, and they will hidden from public view — only staff will be able to see them.)
