Why are my posts not being e-mailed to subscribers?

  Posts are not being e-mailed to subscribers. I am also not getting e-mail notifications when people comment. Can you let me know how to fix this problem. Thank you!

  Is it just the latest post that went out?

  Also, do you see anything in your spam folder, and how many other users have you heard back from?

  Hello– I posted last Friday. That one went out. Then I posted something early this morning. That one didn’t go out via e-mail, although it was publicized via Facebook and Twitter. I know that three e-mail subscribers did not get it. I’ve checked my spam folder. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you. :-)

  Just spoke to two more subscribers. “mccu” did not get it, but “nite” did.

  So, of that list, everyone but “nite” has an @comcast.net email address.

  It is possible that Comcast could be blocking our emails.

  We’re looking into it.

  But “arch” isn’t comcast…? And what about fact that I’m not getting WordPress e-mails notifying me that someone has “liked” or commented, etc. Plus I am getting other e-mails on my comcast account. Weird… Again, very much appreciate the help! Thank you!

  Is arch the one that should receive the Likes/Comment notifications?

  Who is the email provider for that?

  Yes. That one is through Network Solutions.

  Ok, the subscription emails to the Comcast users show as delivered successfully, and that’s all we can really guarantee.

  What happens on Comcast’s end is their own business, so I recommend that these folks complain to Comcast as customers that they are not receiving their emails.

  But what about the fact that my Network Solutions account isn’t receiving e-mails? Are you also saying that WordPress is showing that today’s post and all of the e-mail notifications regarding likes and comments were delivered successfully to the “arch” account?

  Sorry for the delay, I was still awaiting results on your own email address.

  We also show that all emails to your @jillarcher.com address where delivered successfully, so I would similarly recommend contacting Network Solutions as a customer to find out why that are blocking your emails.
