why are my posts not being released?

  I am scheduling my posts but they are not being released.
  Not sure if I am out of space or what to do.

  Scheduled Posts only publish when you have a visitor – then the date is set back to the scheduled date / time – it is really a publish when you have the first visitor after the scheduled time
