why are my posts & updates appearing and disappearing?

My posts are appearing and disappearing. I searched for answers and tried all possible ways but still the same problem persists. When my previous posts appear (automatically and magically), all the new updates are gone. When new updates that i make are visible, previous posts are gone. http://www.theperceptionworld.com is my website. I saw in one discussion that the problem was solved after the guy contacted you because the error is in your software. Please HELP!
