Why are my readers seeing ads when I payed for "no Ads"?
-
I have paid for the no ads (“sin publicidad”) through September 2015 and yet I still have had a few readers recently say they see ads. Please fix this, as I am paying for this service.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Scott,
I checked your site and made sure that WordPress.com is not displaying ads there. If only some of your readers are seeing ads, it’s possible that they have browser malware or ad-ware that’s showing those ads.
If you or your readers see those ads again, can you please take a screenshot of the ads so we can take a look? (You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.) That will help us look into this for you.

OK, thanks, Rachel. I will have the readers do that and let you know if it happens again.

Uh, oh, Rachel. I uploaded a screenshot of a reader who saw another ad. She visited the site three different times today and this same ad appeared two out of the three visits. What’s worse, the gambling ad goes against the content and values of the blog I am writing.
Thanks for your direction on this.

Hi Scott,
That ad isn’t coming from WordPress.com — instead, it’s coming from something in your reader’s browser. (Ads like this are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar installed in the browser.)
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating ads like that:

Since the says says “Ads by Savelots” at the top, I also looked around and found some information that may help your reader get rid of this specific kind of ad:
I hope this helps! :)
