Why are my subscribers not updating?

    People have told me they’ve entered their email address and confirmed subscription via their email account, but I am not seeing them show up in my list of subscribers. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Nancy,

    Can you tell me the email addresses of the people who aren’t showing up in your list of subscribers? (You can put those addresses in your reply and our forum software will hide them from everyone except staff.)

    That will help me investigate this for you.
