why are permalinks missing

  The https shows that my site jimrizzo.wordpress.com has no identity. How can I turn that off?

  Also where is the settings / permalinks?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  A permalink is the URL of a post or page. Each post and static page has a permalink which can be edited at the corresponding page/post editor.

  The permalink appears in the editor just below the title field.
