Why are there still adds on my blog?

The No-adds-Upgrade I bought last week doesn’t work.

I bouht the No-Adds-Upgrade three days ago, the transaction has happened via Pay Pal. But now the adds are still shown on my blog. Why? And how can I remove them?

Viewing a few posts/pages on your site, I ‘m not seeing any ads. When you are seeing them, what type of ads are they (text, banner, etc) and where are they located? Can you show me a screenshot?

I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.

I am seeing a No Ads upgrade as having been purchased for mkrelations.wordpress.com but I do not see one for mkammerspiele.wordpress.com. So that is why the ads are appearing.

Since we only have one account for two blogs, we obviously made a mistake. We bought the NO-ADDS-Upgrade for the Relations-Blog but actually meant to buy it for the mkammerspiele-Blog. How can we fix this? Or do we need to buy a new upgrade? This would be too bad. But how would we make sure that the Upgrade would be purchased for the correct one this time?
