Why aren't my email-only followers receiving new posts?

  I’ve recently discovered that many of my email-only followers are not getting newly published posts. I run many other blogs that send posts just fine, but this one in particular has stopped working and I have not changed any settings.

  What would cause this to happen? Any input would be great. Thank you!

  I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will automatically redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Thank you for the reply! My WordPress.com bloggers are receiving posts just fine, it’s my email-only subscribers who are having issues. These are the email subscribers who aren’t receiving posts:

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I also noticed that I cannot subscribe to the blog using the same email domain – it doesn’t send out the confirmation email – so it might be an issue with our email servers.

  Hi there,

  I just checked the email subscription logs for all the emails you provided and it looks like the last email was sent out on May 27th 2014 at 14:00. It seems like there might be an issue with their email provider. Please have them check with their email provider’s support team.

  As a test I will follow your follow as an email subscriber. I will let you know if I get an email for your next published post.
