Why aren't my subscriptions coming through email anymore?

Hello,
I follow several blogs, some just through the reader, but others I’ve set up for daily or weekly digests. About a month ago I stopped receiving digests. Is this something new I may have missed in the WordPress policy?
I think I’ve gone through all the suggested steps to follow blogs and set up email delivery at least twice, but can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong. Maybe I’m missing something or maybe this service is no longer offered.
Is it possible that I’m following too many blogs to have daily and weekly digests sent to my email address anymore?
Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I want to assure you that nothing is wrong on your end. We’re having some issues with the email system that delivers digests, and we’re actively working on a solution. However, we don’t have a timeline right now for when it will be fixed.
You can continue following blogs via the Reader and instant email updates in the meantime. I apologize for the inconvenience while we work out this issue.
