  I cannot verify my email address. How do I fix this?

  Check in your spam folder on the email. That often happens.

  I have checked my spam folder; nothing is in there. WordPress also won’t let me change my role to “Author,” I’m not sure if that has any correlation to posting, or not. I’m wondering if the website is just glitching on my account?
