Why can´t I exclude my site?

  Can´t exclude my site. Confirmation email never arrives. I´ve checked the profile email and it´s correct.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I´ve checked spam and trash, nothing there. Tried half a dozen times to exclude the site (baladaliteraria.wordpress.com), nothing happens. Thanks for the reply, hope we can solve it.
