Why can I not access a web domain I purchased?

  I have the receipt for a web domain in my account purchases, but my profile says I don’t have have any WordPress sites yet. I bought the domain Dec 2020. It should be active. I should have access to it.

  If you’re referring to ourlifedesign.com you transferred the domain to Squarespace on February 23, so it’s no longer under our control.

  If you’re having trouble with that domain, you’ll need to contact Squarespace’s support.
