Why can I not access my website at all?

I can’t log in to my website… http://www.tipsandtrickskingston.com the blog works fine but the site doesnt at all….the site is what i paid for
I can’t see the website or log into the wp-admin or cpanel on my laptop or my phone…have delete cookies many times
This is frustrating. The host says everything is fine.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers. -
I was supposed to have an account on both. I don’t know which one is which. I have a website that i usually edit through wordpress and i can’t log into that or my cpanel but i can log into this one (which is my blog) but it allows me to open my websit there as an option to edit it but when i try it can never find it. and the wordpress.org support says to go through support through my website wordpress….but i cant get into it

We cannot help you with http://www.tipsandtrickskingston.com/ here at wordpress.com. It’s a WordPress>ORG software install.
