Why can I not add any users in admin? It's not even an option under USERS.

    I am a site admin and am unable to add any new users to the site. The online help I’ve found says that under the USERS tab, there should be a link labeled “Add New” but there is NOT. I can only invite users, but when I do, they are taken to the login screen and simply prompted to login, but they don’t know what the password is. I have tried this a number of times and am stuck.

    Please help! I just launched this site and have 3 other folks that are waiting for their login credentials. And I hate to give them all mine..

    We replaced the add user option by the invite option a while ago due to abuse and few other reasons.

    Users will now need to be invited to the blog. Once they accept the invitation, they’ll be added to the blog. If they do not already have a WordPress.com account, they’ll be given the option to create on.

    If they’re having trouble logging in, please ask them to reset their passwords or contact us.
