Why can I not change my Gravatar?

  I keep trying to change my Gravatar but WordPress seems to have trouble doing so. When I click the link “change your Gravatar,” a new tab tries to open and immediately closes. If I try to open the link in a new tab or page manually I get the error message:

  “Request could not be completed. Please close this window if it does not close automatically.”

  I tried changing it on both Firefox and Safari and got the same error, even when I allowed all pop-ups on WordPress pages.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, would you mind giving me a link to the page from which you weren’t able to change your Gravatar, since it’s possible to change it from several places?

  Are you able to change it through any of these three spots:

  I was able to change my Gravatar using the last link. The top two, still no dice.

  Thanks for confirming! A glitch with the top two methods has indeed just been fixed a few minutes ago. If you still have any trouble changing your Gravatar that way, just let me know and I’ll ask our developers to have a look.
