Why can’t I access OceanWP theme?

    I’m feeling like I’m missing many of WordPress features.
    I can not access ‘OceanWP’ theme, ‘Permalinks’ in Settings and ‘Your Profile’ to configure the look of WordPress.
    Can you please look into these problems.

    Hi there,

    OceanWP is a third-party theme and it is only available for installation on the Business plan as this is the only plan that allows the use of third-party themes and plugins. You can read more about it here:

    Also, WordPress.com has some differences from the self-hosted WordPress.org version and that’s why you cannot customize the Permalinks or find your profile page.
