why can’t I access wp-config or functions.php — where did the Appearences->Theme Editor go?

    I had a simple wordpress blog since years ago. I recently looked at it again to try to refresh it and build something, but I can’t access the admin files anymore, and when I go to the direct link it says ‘Our server sentries don’t think you should be here blah blah.’ *eyeroll* I don’t have wordpress downloaded, I’m just looking at my dashboard on the web. How can I get to the functions.php file?

    What site are you working on?

    None of the items you mention have been possible on WordPress.com since this platform was launched, and FTP access to edit files like functions.php was only introduced in our Business Plan for the first time a few weeks ago.
