why can't I cancel the free premium trial ?

  When i try so cancel the free premium trial, this message is displayed: ” Upgrade wurde nicht storniert und rückerstattet. Bei der Rückerstattung deiner Zahlung ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Bitte kontaktiere den Support.”

  Hi there,

  Since you registered the domain charitechorberlin.com along with your WordPress.com Premium trial, you have two options:

  1. I can cancel everything for you (including the domain charitechorberlin.com) so you aren’t charged at all. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  2. If you want to keep the domain charitechorberlin.com, I can cancel the WordPress.com Premium plan for you and send you a payment request for just the domain. That way, you will only have to pay for the domain ($18/year) without the rest of the plan.

  I would like to cancel everything (option 1.) since I want to buy (later) only the personal design feature, without a domain
