Why can’t I change my theme

    I just changed my theme a week or so ago and now I go to try different themes and the install and preview button on everyone is greyed out. I don’t understand why. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

    Hi there,

    Of what site are you speaking? The theme for the site at http://daniellejessicadesigns.wordpress.com/ has never been changed since the site was created three weeks ago, and nowhere on WordPress.com is there a button for themes that say “install and preview”, as all theme at wordpress.com/themes are already installed, they just need to be activated.

    If you’re speaking of a different site using the WordPress software at another hosting provider, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead.
