Why can't I change the admin email?

    I am unable to change admin email. A message appears stating that a confirmation email will be sent but it is not received.

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to change the email address linked to your account or the one linked to your blog admin (under Settings > General in the dashboard)?

    Can you let me know what email address you are trying to change it to? I’d be happy to look it up to see what might be causing the problem. (The email address will be redacted from the support forum for your privacy, but staff can still see it.) You may also need to check your spam folder at the new email address to make sure the confirmation email didn’t end up there.
