Why can't I easily cancel my free trial?

I’m very frustrated because I keep trying to cancel my free trial and my domain registration and it’s not working. The domain registration is now saying it can’t cancel because it’s been longer than 48, well I’ve been trying to cancel it since last night, which was less than 48 hours ago. Please help me cancel everything.

I’m happy to cancel your trial for you. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all domains which is restricting your ability to do this.
Before I cancel it, do you want to keep the domain franklymakeup.com? If you do, I’ll send you a payment request for it and I’ll cancel the rest of the Premium plan.
Please note that once cancelled, you give up all ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee that a domain will become available for repurchase. Or that another person won’t register it again before you have the chance to.
