Why can't I get on my blog or admin whilst I'm abroad?

    I’m trying to access my blog and my dashboard whilst I’m in Berlin, however I keep getting ‘webpage not available’. This is the same on Chrome, IE and Firefox. I’m using Windows 8. I can however get onto my blog and dashboard on my friends mac, using chrome so it seems to be an isolated problem. I’ve tried resetting cache & cookies and resetting my IP address amongst many other things but to no avail…

    Hi there,

    I’m so sorry about this. We were having server maintenance issues a couple days back which caused a couple hiccups.

    Is this issue still occurring? If you are, please provide me a little more details:

    -When you are on your Windows 8 can you view other sites? Or is it just WordPress.com?

    -Can you take a screenshot of the error message? You can upload the image via site like:
