Why can’t I invite other WP users to make them a editor or other things?

They have their WP accounts and I tried invite them by adding their email or names for many times but it never works. The website said: Sorry, we couldn’t process your invitations. Please try again later.
And I tried using other things such as iPad to log in and invite them again, but this also didn’t work.
I’m sure my invitation followed the correct steps, but it said Sorry, we couldn’t process your invitations. Please try again later all the time. Is there any way to solve this problem? I will really appreciate that.

Check Users > All Users > Pending Invites, remove any old requests, and then try sending just one new invitation.Since you’ve attempted this several times already, WordPress’s security filters may have triggered a temporary rate limit. Wait about 24 hours without making any further attempts and then try sending the invitation again.

Hi!
Your site had a false negative invite-block placed by our internal spam checking software. We have removed the block, and now you should be able to invite users to your website!

Hi @benitoalba, thank you for your help! Unluckily I have no any invite request before( because my request never send out successfully) but now you can see my problem is solved! The engineer found my website has a block and removed that! All in all, thank you so much!
