Why can’t I log in?

I am having a problem with logging into the content creation area for the website even though I have administrator access on the website. Could I get some help with this problem? When I pull up the login spot it is giving an ‘HTTP Error 500’ message.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
