Why can't I login to my self-hosted blogs on my new laptop?

    I recently purchased a new laptop. Since then, I have not been able to login to my self-hosted WordPress blog happinessrehab.com using my username and password. When I try, I am taken to the original site happinessrehab.wordpress.com that I had before setting up the self-hosted site. Also, I cannot login to my second self-hosted blog at all jenniferarcher.com. Please advise!

    You would probably need to contact your webhost.
