why can’t I login to WordPress if I paid for it already???

    I have received my domain name from domain.com and paid for WordPress thru there for my business. I can only log into WordPress thru domain.com. I am trying to get woocommerce for my business and can’t login to my WordPress account thru there thus not being able to connect to my account. I created this account to ask this question because there is no phone support option or live chat just this public forum lol. I used the same username and email for my other WordPress account that is paid for thinking it would recognize my account but no such luck? I paid around 60$ for this service and I am definitely frustrated. Please help my get my small business up and running with your help to solve this dilemma I am in. How do I get this account to match up to the account I paid for thru domain.com? also after creating this account is as asked to pay the money I already paid to set up my domain name which is pretty crazy? can I please get some back end technical support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    also please note I have been receiving WordPress emails for the past 2 weeks so I definitely have an email associated to WordPress.

    I am so confused any help will be very much appreciated.

    also when I try to log onto word press thru WordPress.com or woocommerce.com it says account not recognized

    Hi there,

    It looks like you have already deleted this account, so you won’t be able to reply to me. We would need to know the domain you purchased to be able to advise more, but it sounds like you might have used a different hosting service for your site.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
