  There is a link on the order payment page but it will not respond.
  Why is there NO way to contact someone that works for wordpress to answer questions. I didn’t find any support other than community.

  Which upgrade are you trying to purchase please and for which blog? Please provide the URL starting with http:// I’m asking because the free hosted WordPress.COM blog linked to your username does not contain any blogger created content.
