why cant i plugin my Instagram Widget

  How do I plug in my Instagram WIdget on my WordPress (singleandexisting.com) blog. I’ve tried to follow the instructions listed http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/instagram-image-gallery/installation/ to no avail.

  Would really love to make this work, and am unable to locate the proper tools, forums, or support content necessary to do so.

  For various security reasons, WordPress.com is a little different than WordPress.org in that we take care of installing and maintaining our plugins. If you want to install your own plugins, you’ll need to use WordPress.org. Please refer to our article on the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org for further clarification.
