Why can't I post anything to my blog anymore?

My dashboard doesn’t appear as it used to, so I can’t post anything to my blog. Why?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We cannot see whatever it is that you see.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
If you still have issues then let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state.
(d) Please post screenshots. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots. Or you can use the WordPress.com guide I linked to and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it and type modlook into the sidebar of this thread for Staff help. -
Thank you for your helpful suggestions, timethief…I will check them all out. Besides no longer getting a drop-down Dashboard, I forgot to mention that under my “Sign me up” location, there’s a note that reads “We cannot load data at this time.” Does that mean just for now or forever and always? And, again, why (the answer is undoubtedly within your suggestions)? Much appreciation for your response.

When I click your follow blog widget I also receiver this error message: We cannot load blog data at this time.
I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance because I do not know how to help you. Another Volunteer may answer prior to Staff but I tagged the thread so it will not fall through the cracks and escape attention. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I just tested and was able to subscribe to your site just fine. As for your original issue with your dashboard looking different, I’m not sure what you mean. Can you take a screenshot of what you’re seeing and upload it to your Media Library?

Thank you for your reply and offer of help, Shawna. Several days after chatting with timethief for the last time, I tried again and was taken to your new and improved way to post my blogs. I’ve posted a couple since then, so am delighted that I was able to figure it out…nonetheless, both your assistance is greatly appreciated. Blessings…
