Why can't I post new entries?

  I haven’t been able to access my blog (penmanila.ph) for the past 12 hours, or to post new entries, even using different computers (where I am not logged on) and different browsers. I’ve had a very hard time accessing other wordpress sites as well, including this page, which finally opened up. You have no email customer support.

  Would you please let us know which country you’re browsing from?

  Also, do you see any error messages?

  I’m posting from the Philippines. I can access my website now but with limited functionality–can’t attach pics, for example.

  Do you see any errors when you try to upload images? If so, would you please quote them?
