Why can't I publish new pages?

  I am given the option to save a new page as a draft, but I am not given a publish option. I am the administrator, so I don’t understand why I do not have this option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you confirmed the account via email? YOu can’t publish until you do.
