  Are you logged in as the account that owns the upgrade?

  Can you see the upgrade in your Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades? You should see all the upgrades for your account. It looks like the domain name might have just been renewed.

  If you’re referring to ladylandelectric.com, it looks like you already renewed this earlier today.
