Why Can't I sign in on my new iPhone 5s?

Sign in Failed on Mobile app – I am signed in, on my laptop, with my username (lindadianerobertson) and my password, but when I try to sign in on my new iPhone 5s (just upgraded iPhone), it keeps saying sign in failed. I am using the same password as I do on my laptop. What could be the problem??

Can you let me know if you have two step authentication set up?

No problem, we can get this fixed.
So, when using the mobile apps with two step, you need to generate what is called an “application specific password”. Then you use that password to log in (you should only need to log in once).
