Why can't I start a blog?

    I am logged in and try to create a new blog. I go through the first page and get the “Sorry, but this user-agent is banned from using the password retrieval tool.” WTF?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    I’d be happy to investigate this error for you. Can you let me know the URL of the page you start on and what you click on when you get that error? Also, are you using a proxy service when you visit WordPress.com?
