Why can't I trial the premium or business package?

  I apparently made a mistake when trying to set up a free trial. I wanted to initially test the Premium package. Then, I saw that Premium Themes were not available I tried to change the trial to the Business package moments later. Now, it appears I don’t even have a free trial of the Premium package. I’m set to the basic level. No idea what’s going on. Each time I try to upgrade or change, the full price is added to the cart so I can’t test anything out without paying. Terrible.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access the Store.

  If you go to the following link, you will see buttons for “Try Now” or “Buy now” next to the Premium upgrade at the top.

  From Details and Terms:

  You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.

  You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.

  We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.

  You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.

  Hi there,

  Your site currently has a free trial for both WordPress.com Premium and the Unlimited Premium Themes upgrades. You can view and manage those trial upgrades under Store > My Upgrades in your site’s dashboard:

  Because those free trials are already on your site, you can use their features now. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
