Why can't I type in a new post?

I cannot post to my blog! when i hit ‘add new post’ i get the posting screen. I can type in the title of the post, but when I try to type in the body of the post, nothing comes up. No words will appear. I even tried typing in a Word document and pasting it in to the body of the post. No go.
Any ideas?

Can you please try clearing out your cache?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?
