Why can't I upgrade my site?

  Dear Sir./Ms.,

  I’m trying to buy a premium account with my credit card but I’ve tried to go with the final check out a few times already but it keeps saying

  ‘unable to process payment due to an error, please submit again’

  I’m going to check everything here on my end, but I just want to know if everything is also okay on your end??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have no idea what happened but when I tried again it just suddenly went through,

  maybe I have a mistake with the card information or something
