Why can't I upload images to the Media Library?

  I cannot upload photos into the Media Library, and
  I cannot add tags to my post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  And you are in the wrong forum. That’s a wordpress.ORG blog, and you need to be in their forums for help with that version of the software.
