Why can't people access my blog by going to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  When I tell people to go to (email visible only to moderators and staff), they can’t access the blog.
  Blog url: http://cookingwithlife.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That would be because you’re giving them an email address, not your blog URL. Blog URLs do not have @ in them.
