Why can't use the delete BLOG ADDRESS??

  I have delete the blog and creating new one using the same address, but it said “Sorry, that site already exists!”????

  worldofsupercar.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this site.

  Because when you delete a site, the contents and the address are no longer available to anyone including the original site owner who deleted it. During the deletion process you confirmed that you understood you would never be able to use that address again.
